The CLAI Cooperative
CLAI is an agricultural cooperative from Imola (BO) specialized in the production of cured meats, particularly salami, and fresh beef and pork. In recent years, the Cooperative has acquired the historic Zuarina ham factory in Langhirano (PR) and the Faggiola dairy cooperative in Palazzuolo sul Senio (FI).

Clai S.c.a. participates in the project 'PARSUTT - PARma ham high SUsTainability sTandard' - Initiative realized under the 2014-2020 Regional Rural Development Program of Emilia-Romagna - Operation Type 16.1.01 - European Innovation Partnership Operational Groups: Productivity and Sustainability of Agriculture - Focus Area 3A - Improving the competitiveness of primary producers by better integrating them into the agri-food supply chain through quality schemes, creating added value for agricultural products, promoting products in local markets, short supply chains, associations and producer organizations, and interprofessional organizations.
