After ordering: preparation and shipping 🚀
Once you place your order, we prepare it as quickly as possible to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
📦 Preparation times:
- Orders received before 12:00 pm are processed and delivered to the courier the same day .
- Orders received after 12:00 pm are prepared the following morning and handed over to the courier for shipping.
📩 Fulfillment notification and tracking:
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email .
The email will contain a tracking code , which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

How your CLAI box arrives 🎁
Our boxes are designed not only to best preserve products, but also to offer an exclusive shopping experience.
📦 Refined and protective packaging : each order is packaged in a double box :
- An anonymous outer box , to ensure discretion and protection during transport.
- A personalized CLAI internal box , elegant and also perfect as a gift package.
🛑 Maximum care in product protection :
- Inside the box you will find a protective pad to cushion any impacts.
- The cured meats are individually wrapped in food paper , to ensure that each product is protected and does not come into contact with the others.
🏭 Internal selection and packaging :
- All products are carefully selected and packaged by CLAI staff , within our factories in Sasso Morelli (Imola) .
- Each operation is carried out with artisanal attention to ensure maximum quality and freshness.
📌 Every CLAI box is much more than a simple shipment: it is
a gift for the palate, designed to offer the best possible experience.
What if the courier can't deliver? 📦
If the courier fails to deliver on the first attempt, they will make a second attempt the following day.
📍 After two failed delivery attempts:
- The package is stored in the courier's warehouses.
- The courier contacts us to find out how to proceed.
- Our CLAI customer service team will contact you to verify any issues with your address or telephone number and arrange a new delivery.
🚨 To avoid delivery problems, please make sure the address is always
correct and manned on the scheduled days.
Delivery times
- 📦 Delivery within 2-5 business days , an indicative timeframe that covers the entire national territory. Our average delivery time is less than 3 days , but may vary depending on the destination area.
- 🏡 For some less accessible locations, delivery may take a few more days. This depends on the routes served by the couriers and applies to all businesses that rely on their services.
ℹ️ Couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, without fixed time slots and without appointments.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Time slot requests may be considered, but are at the discretion of the local courier branch.

Delivery address and useful information
For quick and smooth delivery, follow these tips:
✅ Always verify your details before completing your order , including:
- Street/Square
- House number
- Name on the intercom
- ZIP CODE
📲 Enter your mobile number so the courier can contact you if necessary.
✍️ Use the notes field to provide helpful details (e.g., specific directions to the address).
🚪 The address must always be manned on the expected delivery days.

a reliable and punctual service, we rely on GLS and STEF , two of the
best national couriers:
- GLS : among the leaders in shipping in Italy, with widespread coverage throughout the country.
- PosteGoFresh: the new refrigerated transport service for home delivery of fresh food products purchased online.
- STEF : specialized in temperature-controlled logistics, to ensure the freshness of food products.
