The "PASTA ALLA GRICIA" box consists of: no. 1 slice of "Seasoned Guanciale" (300g approx.), no. 1 quart of "Seasoned Pecorino" Faggiola (650g approx.), no. 1 bottle of "Podere Pratale" oil (500ml), no. 1 package of Girolomoni Organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat macaroni pasta (500g). GUANCIALE STAGIONATO: With a unique flavor and intense, heady aroma, Clai "Guanciale" is preservative-free and dedicated to those who love the centuries-old tradition of this product, which is enhanced by the 100% Italian meat from the Clai Chain and a long, slow and delicate seasoning process, about 3 months. The red garlic pulp is freshly blended, as is the black pepper, ground just as it is placed by hand on the guanciale along with the spices and herbs. PECORINO STAGIONATO FAGGIOLA: This is a cheese with a crumbly texture and a strong, intense flavor. Faggiola cheeses are rigorously artisanal, still processed by hand, one by one, by Master Cheesemakers who guard the wisdom of the farming tradition combined with the security of a certified and constantly evolving quality. The milk that is processed is only mountain milk, high quality 100% Italian and from the pastures of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines. OLIO PODERE PRATALE: 100% Italian oil that is born in the marly arenaceous soils of the hills of Borgo Tossignano, near the Parco della Vena del Gesso Romagnola. A new territory ideal for the native varieties Nostrana di Brisighella and Ghiacciola, and also for Correggiolo. The olive groves are cultivated on an area of 6.5 hectares at an altitude of 350 m, using the integrated method. The cold-pressed, medium-intense fruity oil has hints of ripe almond, leaf and artichoke in the finish. Sweet and slightly spicy mouth entry. SENATORE CAPPELLI BIO GIROLOMONI DURO WHEAT PASTA MACCHERONI: Located in Montebello (PU) in the Marche region, this is an organic cooperative with in-house production and processing that is 100 percent organic. The founder, Gino Girolomoni, was the pioneer of organic farming in Italy. Very high quality declined in different types of pasta. History, values, commitment and passion come together in the production of unique pasta of the highest quality.
