Data subject to processing
Personal and contact details (telephone number, email address) of customers, suppliers, and their contacts.

Purpose of the processing
The processing of personal data is aimed exclusively at achieving the following specific purposes (and legal basis):
a) For preliminary needs prior to entering into contracts with you, to execute them and to protect the credit positions arising from them (legal obligation);
b) Registration of the cooperative's customer/supplier records (legitimate interest in executing the contract);

Recipients and data transfers
The collected data is processed exclusively by cooperative personnel authorized by the Data Controller according to their duties. The collected data may be disclosed to third parties:

• In compliance with legal obligations in the field of taxation, health and safety at work (such as: judicial authorities, Revenue Agency, trade unions, etc.) authorised to process
• Specifically appointed and authorized by the Data Controller as part of the operational management of the relationship and in compliance with the purposes listed above (such as the CLAI Agents sales network);

The processed data will not be disclosed without the data subject's specific authorization. The data subject's personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Retention period
The acquired data will be retained by the Data Controller for the entire duration of the commercial relationship, plus the time required by current legislation for the administrative retention of documents.

Rights of interested parties
We remind you that, as a data subject, you always have the right to access, rectify, erase, and limit the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting the Data Controller at the contact details above.
The data collected is necessary for the execution of the commercial relationship; failure to collect it will make it impossible to establish the relationship between customer/supplier and the cooperative.
We also remind you that the interested party always has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
