It is since 2022 that Chef Max Mariola has been a "friend" of CLAI, a collaboration that has become all-around, also participating with CLAI and Zuarina products in his new restaurant in Milan, "Max Mariola Il Ristorante." At the Opening on January 23, Angela and Loris, two of our Brand Ambassadors CLAI and Zuarina, participated, proposing to the many guests who came, Salsiccia Passita CLAI and Prosciutto di Parma.

This allowed me to get to know and esteem your products, also and above all because of an underlying sensitivity that we share. I chose to bring your salumi to my restaurant, because the love for the brand is as genuine as CLAI salami, and sharing anything related to your products has to do with emotion and the belief that what is said and done together is true. Because 'magnare bene' is too important!"
