Since 2022, Chef Max Mariola has become a "friend" of CLAI, a collaboration that has evolved into a full-fledged partnership, with CLAI and Zuarina products featured in his new restaurant in Milan, "Max Mariola Il Ristorante." At the grand opening on January 23rd, Angela and Loris, two of our CLAI and Zuarina Brand Ambassadors, attended, offering the many guests CLAI Salsiccia Passita and Prosciutto di Parma.

"Meeting you," Max Mariola recounts, "I 'fell in love' with you, both as individuals and as a Cooperative Company, made up of men and women who 'work together to create good things for everyone.' This allowed me to appreciate and value your products, especially because of a shared underlying sensitivity. This 'preference' of mine," Mariola concludes, "this respect I have for CLAI, cannot help but come through in my spontaneity: I want people to understand that 'Max is truly in love with CLAI.' I chose to bring your charcuterie into my restaurant because my love for the brand is as genuine as CLAI's salami, and sharing anything related to your products is tied to emotion and the conviction that what we say and do together is real. Because 'eating well' is too important!"
