Since 2022, Chef Max Mariola has been a friend of CLAI, a collaboration that has grown into a full partnership, also featuring CLAI and Zuarina products in his new restaurant in Milan, “Max Mariola Il Ristorante”. At the opening on January 23, Angela and Loris, two of our CLAI and Zuarina Brand Ambassadors, took part, offering the many guests the CLAI Dried Sausage and Prosciutto di Parma.
“Meeting you,” says Max Mariola, “I fell in love with you, as people and as a Cooperative company, made of men and women who come together to make good things for everyone. This allowed me to get to know and appreciate your products, also and above all because of a shared sensitivity that brings us together. This preference of mine,” Mariola concludes, “this esteem for CLAI, cannot help but be expressed through my spontaneity. I want people to understand that Max is truly in love with CLAI. I chose to bring your cured meats into my restaurant because my love for the brand is as genuine as CLAI salami, and sharing anything connected to your products is about emotion and the conviction that what we say and do together is real. Because eating well is far too important.”
