Data collected via forms

CONTACT US FORM, in this case we will process your personal and contact details (name, surname, email address, telephone number, etc.)

We process this data to process your contact request. This data is processed without your consent , in accordance with the GDPR (Article 6, letter b).

The time strictly necessary to process the request. In any case, no more than 12 months.

WORK WITH US FORM , in this case we will collect data relating to your work experience, your personal and contact details, some data relating to your health status (in case you belong to protected categories).

We process this data to evaluate your application. We process:

• Your common data pursuant to art. 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003, within the limits of the purposes set out in article 6, paragraph 1, letter b), of the GDPR;
• Your sensitive data (for example, belonging to protected categories) in light of the Provision of the Guarantor Authority no. 146 of 5 June 2019.

FORM JOIN THE CASA CLAI COMMUNITY OR SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER, in which case we will process your email address to send you communications on the latest offers, campaigns and promotions that CLAI offers you.

We process this data without your express consent because you are the one who requested to subscribe to our newsletter, and we will process your email address only to send you promotional communications and not for other purposes (Article 6, letter b), albeit free of charge.

36 months from the time of your last interaction with our communications.

E-commerce

You can also purchase our products on our website. In this case, we will process your contact information to arrange shipping and your payment information to complete the purchase. Payment information is managed by our provider Shopify, which guarantees secure transactions.

After purchasing our products, we will add you to our mailing list to send you discount codes and offers reserved for you, or initiatives we think may interest you (for example, the opening of new stores, etc.).

When you fill your carts, even without completing the purchase, we'll be able to help you complete your order. We'll then send you communications to remind you of your abandoned cart.

We process data relating to commercial transactions without requiring your consent as we are following up on a purchase request and therefore executing a contract (Article 6, letter b).

Your email address and name, however, are processed based on CLAI's legitimate interest, as you are our customer and we will only send you materials related to your purchase (Article 6, letter f). You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of each email you receive.

To use your mobile number to send promotional text messages, we need your consent (Article 6, letter a). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@clai.it .

On our website, you can also create a personal account to more easily manage your orders and improve your shopping experience. In this case, we collect your email address, first and last name, and the password you choose (the password is personal to you and cannot be accessed by us, but it will be used automatically by the system to allow you to log in).

We process this data without your consent as we are fulfilling a request to create an account, thus executing a contract (Article 6, letter b), albeit free of charge.

By creating a personal account, we will also process your email address to send you commercial communications containing discounts, initiatives, and special offers we believe may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email we send you. We may unsubscribe without your express consent pursuant to Article 6, letter f), GDPR and Article 130, paragraph 4, of the Privacy Code.

Until you request deletion of your account and in any case no more than 5 years after your last access.

On our site you will also find social buttons: small icons that link to the various social networks we manage (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube).
