The payment information is handled by our provider Shopify which guarantees secure transactions. We process data referable to commercial transactions without the need for your consent because we are following up on a purchase request, therefore executing a contract (Art. 6(b)).

How do we process your data and who can access it?
Your data is processed in accordance with the Regulations and in the manner and with the tools we deem most appropriate to preserve your privacy.
In addition to us, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of this Site (administrative staff, sales staff, system administrators, etc.) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed, in the hypotheses provided for by the regulations, as Data Processors by us may have access to the data. Do we do profiling?
In order for our communications to be interesting to you we proceed to perform analysis on your consumption habits by analyzing what you like to buy and to reserve special discounts for you. To perform profiling we do not require consent because it is not necessary under Article 22, GDPR. In fact, our profiling is only about your buying habits in order to dedicate personalized promotions to you and no legal consequences for you derive from such activity.
Where is your data?
We process your data on both European and U.S. soil. We have chosen partners that guarantee security levels related to data processing, either by signing Standard Contractual Clauses or by verifying that partners are enrolled in the Data Privacy Framework List.
What are your rights?
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (to know what all your rights are, you can consult the Regulations in Articles 15 et seq.). To exercise your rights you can write to us at the e-mail address we have indicated at the top of this document.
Right of complaint
Should you feel that the processing violates your rights in any way, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR, by checking the modalities on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.
Protection of children's privacy
This website targets a general audience; however, its services are intended for people 18 years of age and older. We do not solicit, collect, use, or disclose personal data provided by persons under the age of 18 online. Should we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
