From the authentic piadina of FrescoPiada , made with Romagna flour and sourdough, to the rich and enveloping coffee of Mokador , a historic coffee roaster from Faenza active since 1967, passing through the sweet and savoury biscuits of Frolla , the micro-biscuit factory in Osimo created to combine social inclusion and artisanal quality: each edition is an invitation to discover new combinations and to enhance tradition with taste.

Different products, united by the same attention to raw materials and a shared philosophy: offering authentic flavor experiences, designed to complement and enhance CLAI cured meats.
