Produced according to the specifications of the Consortium for the Protection of Speck Alto Adige PGI (speck.it), this speck is the result of precise processing: salting with natural spices, cold smoking, and a long maturation in the fresh air of Northern Italy. The 350g size is convenient and ready to store in the refrigerator, perfect for those who want a quality cured meat for everyday use.
