TheTRADIZIONI ROMANE" box consists of: no. 2 "Salamelle" (about 500g each), no. 1 salami "Corallina Lunga Stagionatura" (about 1 kg), no. 1 slice of "Guanciale Stagionato" (about 300g). SALAMELLA: This is a salami that in the past was used, along with bread, as the only meal of the peasants on working days. When cut, "Salamella" is red with evenly distributed fat. The slice is soft and firm. SALAME CORALLINA LUNGA STAGIONATURA: is characterized by a slow curing process, more than 5 weeks, in special cells, which gives the salami an inimitable flavor and taste. SEASONED GUANCIALE TRANCIO: with its unique flavor and intense, heady fragrance, Clai Guanciale is dedicated to those who love the centuries-old tradition of this product, which is enhanced by the 100% Italian meat from Clai s supply chain and a long, slow and delicate seasoning, about 3 months. The red garlic pulp is freshly blended, as is the black pepper, ground just as it is placed by hand on the guanciale along with the spices and herbs.

Products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap with paper all "loose" cold cuts, "loose" whole cheeses and glass products such as sauces, jars, wine bottles, oil.. All these box preparation operations are carried out by staff Clai. In warmer months, we make use of refrigerated transportation.
