The box "EMILIA E ROMAGNA" is the synthesis of flavors, fragrances and tastes that are different but always lead us in the end to that great table where we eat well and in company. In this journey we are accompanied by the sweetness of the seasoned sausage "Passita" from Romagna, the character of the salami "Emiliano Riserva" and the strong taste of the "Romagnolo".
The "EMILIA e ROMAGNA" box consists of: no. 1 seasoned sausage "Passita" di Romagna (about 500g each), no. 1 salami "Emiliano Riserva" (about Kg 1), no. 1 salami "Romagnolo" (about Kg 1). SALSICCIA STAGIONATA PASSITA DI ROMAGNA: This is a unique thin salami. It is the typical sausage from Romagna, produced according to the ancient recipe with the best lean meat from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. It undergoes a short and very delicate seasoning process aimed at obtaining a tender and sweet product, an easy peelability and with an inimitable meltiness on the palate. SALAME EMILIANO RISERVA: is produced using 100% Italian lean meats that have been carefully selected and cleaned. The mincing of the mixture is medium, the casing is gentle, and the salami tying is done by hand. The taste is delicate and the aroma is the unmistakable one of salami "from the old days." SALAME ROMAGNOLO: This is a high-quality salami made using 100% Italian lean pork that is finely minced and to which lard is added later. It is carefully stuffed into natural casings. The taste is sharp.

Shipping
When will I receive my order?
On average, the consumer can receive the order placed online within 3 days, which becomes 5 in the case of delivery to islands or at problematic times of the year (e.g. during the particularly busy Christmas period or if there are strikes, natural disasters, etc.). In everyday weekdays, average times are further reduced: usually every order received is prepared on the same day and the next working day is passed to the Courier for shipment. Should the order arrive over the weekend, it will be passed to the Courier for shipment on Monday.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping on purchases made on www.clai.it is free for amounts greater than or equal to 45 euros. For lower amounts, shipping cannot be activated.
Do you ship abroad?
No, we currently deliver only to Italy, Republic of San Marino and Vatican City.
How are the products shipped?
Products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap all "loose" cold cuts, "loose" whole cheeses and glass products such as sauces, jars, wine bottles, oil.. with paper. All these box preparation operations are carried out by Clai staff. In warmer months, we make use of refrigerated transportation.

Yes, a user can purchase by entering only the information needed to proceed with the order and shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, only if it has not already been shipped. Otherwise, that is, if it has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. For any issues, requests and/or needs, please use the email [email protected] to interact with Clai headquarters.

Is there a minimum order?
In order to make a purchase on our shop you need to reach a minimum value of € 45, an amount that entitles you to free shipping.
What do I do if I receive a different product than I ordered or if it has a defect?
For any issues, requests and/or needs, please use the email [email protected] to interact with Clai headquarters. It is suggested to keep on hand: copy of the order confirmation, damages found and some photos. If the finding is confirmed by Clai headquarters, the user will get a refund corresponding to the value of the product with anomalies.
