ThePROFUMO DI ROMAGNA" box consists of: no. 2 Romagna "Passita" Aged Sausages (500g each approx.), no. 1Contadino" salami (Kg 1 approx.) and no. 1 "Campagnolo Corto" salami (500g approx.). Romagna Passita, Aged Sausage: this is a unique thin salami. It is the typical Romagna sausage, produced according to the ancient recipe with the best lean meat from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. It undergoes a short and very delicate seasoning process aimed at obtaining a tender and sweet product, an easy peelability and with an inimitable meltiness on the palate. SALAME CONTADINO: This is a high quality salami made in full respect of the Emilian tradition. Fine lean meats are processed to the highest quality standards and carefully bagged. Attention to the drying and curing stages, which take place in special brick cells, gives this salami the unmistakable aroma of yesteryear and a delicate taste.
