Le carni vengono dagli allevatori soci della cooperativa, lavorate nel nostro salumificio di Imola. Il formaggio arriva dal caseificio Faggiola, sull'Appennino tosco-romagnolo. Tutto viene prodotto da noi, non assemblato da terzi.
Confezionamento curato
Ogni prodotto viene incartato singolarmente in carta pergamino e protetto con paglietta interna. La scatola che riceve chi lo apre è diversa da quella esterna usata per il trasporto. Un regalo pronto, non un pacco da supermercato.

A cooperative, multiple specialities
The meats come from CLAI cooperative's member farmers and are processed in the Imola curing factory, with direct control over the entire supply chain.
Alongside CLAI, the group also includes Zuarina, a ham factory specializing in the production of Prosciutto di Parma PDO since 1867, and Faggiola, a family-run dairy that exclusively uses mountain milk.

Preparation and packaging
Each package is prepared by hand. Cured meats and cheeses are individually wrapped and protected with internal straw.
The package is designed as a gift: tidy, well-presented, ready for delivery.
For shipping, a double safety packaging is provided, with a carefully designed inner box and an anonymous outer box, to protect the contents during transport.
Shipping
Corporate gifts are shipped through trusted carriers, selected to ensure that products arrive in correct condition, even during the hottest periods. Depending on the type of order and the season, refrigerated shipping is provided to best preserve product quality during transport.
Shipping is free for orders over € 65.
Payment and billing methods
