Ho provato il prosciutto dop stagionato 24 mesi a Bologna, della stessa famiglia (non ci sono parole per descriverlo), ma ho deciso di prendere il fiocco perchè siamo in 2 e il prosciutto intero è troppo impegnativo
Non è la stessa cosa, ovviamente, e nemmeno la stessa parte anatomica del maiale, ma si avvicina molto alla prelibatezza del prosciutto.
Che dire, ne ho fatto arrivare uno a mia figlia in provincia di Como e a breve ne prenderò un altro per me.
Credetemi, nulla a che vedere con i prodotti da supermercato o con quelli artigianali che fanno dalle mie parti (CS) che spesso abbondano di sapidità per evitare che il prodotto vada a male.
La spesa è contenuta e ne vale veramente la pena.

The products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap all loose cured meats, loose whole cheeses, and glass products such as sauces, jars, bottles of wine, and oil in paper. All these box preparation operations are carried out by Clai staff. During the warmer months, we use refrigerated transport.
