Questi salami sono un vero capolavoro di sapore: fetta compatta, profumo intenso e note speziate delicate. Il gusto è pieno, rotondo e mai eccessivamente salato, con una stagionatura perfetta. Se per gusto personale dovessero sembrare un po’ morbidi, basta conservarli qualche giorno in frigo per ottenere la consistenza ideale. Perfetti da servire negli aperitivi su tagliere o come graditissimo regalo, grazie alla bella confezione in cui vengono consegnati.
