Milan, May 2026. Four days of trade fair, hundreds of meetings, tastings, conversations, awards. Tuttofood is one of those events you experience intensely while it's happening, and that you truly understand only when you return home. We came home with enthusiasm, new connections, and a concrete desire to grow.
The Tuttofood pavilion is a place where many decisions are made. International buyers, distributors, restaurateurs, agri-food professionals: every meeting is a journey. This is why we make sure to be there every edition, not just to showcase products, but to tell you who we really are: the supply chain, the people, the method.

The "Fragranze di Salame CLAI": the most talked-about product
The true star of these four days was it: the new Fragranze di Salame CLAI line. A project we worked on meticulously, designed for those looking for something different: a salami with a recognizable character, resulting from selected raw materials and careful processing down to the last detail.
The recognition came directly from the fair: 1st place in the "Product Innovation" category at the Better Future Award competition. An award that pleased us because it clearly illustrates the direction we are taking: innovating without losing sight of substance.
At the stand, we offered tastings of the Fragranze in combination with products from Di Baldo Spirits, with Matteo Pirini from Baldo Baldinini's team guiding the narrative. An unusual, curated pairing that sparked more than one interesting conversation.
Awards at the Salumi & Consumi Awards
Tuttofood was also the occasion for the Salumi & Consumi Awards, where we received two accolades that impressed us for different reasons.
We shared the New Media Award with chef Max Mariola and Paolo Cevoli: two very different voices, capable of talking about food with authenticity and warmth. With them, we presented our products directly, without filters, and the public responded.
The Charity Award, on the other hand, went to the "Spiaggia dei Valori" project, carried out with Insieme A TE. A project that deeply resonates with us, because we believe that doing good doesn't just mean producing well. It also means building something useful for the people around us.

Answering these questions is never an effort, because we know the answers well: the pigs are born, raised, and processed in Italy, followed step by step by our farmer members. Zuarina hams rest in Langhirano, without additives, only with salt and the necessary time. Faggiola cheeses come from milk processed with method and continuity. These are not messages constructed for the fair; they are what we do every day.
See you at the next one
Returning from Milan with energy means it was worth it. New contacts, new ideas, some projects in the pipeline that we will talk about when the time is right.
Thank you to everyone who visited us at the stand. The CLAI story continues and you can find it every day in the CLAI online shop, where you can take home the products you saw, tasted, or heard about during these days.
