"Fragranze di Salame" is much more than a new line: it's a visionary project that merges the art of charcuterie with artisanal perfumery. For three years, the master craftsmen at CLAI worked closely with Baldo Baldinini, the renowned "master of essences," with a goal few would have dared to set: to infuse the elegance of perfumery into a salami without altering its identity. The real revolution lies in the method: a specially formulated mixture, capable of stably and harmoniously integrating delicate botanical essences. It's not about superficial flavoring, but about working in depth, so that the fragrance becomes part of the meat itself, rather than an added note. The character of Orange Blossom: In this 150g version, Baldinini has chosen one of the most iconic aromas of classic Mediterranean perfumery. Orange Blossom brings an ethereal, almost intangible sweetness that intertwines with the savoriness of the salami, creating a completely unexpected balance. It's not an aroma that dominates: it's one that reveals itself slowly, leaving a clean and persistent finish. A small salami for those who appreciate subtlety, and want even a moment of conviviality to have its grace. The product is gluten-free and lactose-free.

The products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap all loose cured meats, loose whole cheeses, and glass products such as sauces, jars, bottles of wine, and oil in paper. All these box preparation operations are carried out by Clai staff. During the warmer months, we use refrigerated transport.
