The ham, boned and hand processed into slices by Zuarina's specialized staff, is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and tradition.
Salame Campagnolo Corto: a rustic salami, made from selected meats and spiced in a way that recalls the flavors of the countryside. The short aging period maintains the softness of the meat.
Salame Contadino Corto: a salami that reflects ancient country traditions, with a strong and full flavor, seasoned to preserve all the flavor of Italian meats.
