Aged for 24 months, it has a sweet and delicate flavor. Boning is carried out in the Zuarina subsidiary's facility in Langhirano, in the province of Parma. During this phase, the skilled hands of expert butchers meticulously work the ham to ensure proper stability over time and a more attractive and uniform slice when cut. The rind cleaning process is also meticulous, designed to enhance the ham's organoleptic and aesthetic qualities. Protected Designation of Origin pursuant to Law No. 26/90 and Regulation (EC) No. 1107/96. Certified by a Control Body authorized by the competent Ministry.
