    Prepared with 100% Italian lean meats from the CLAI supply chain, it is versatile and surprising: excellent to enjoy raw, but also ideal in the kitchen, diced, julienned, or sliced, for appetizers, first courses, and main dishes.

    The CLAI Contadino salame is a high-quality salame born in full respect of the emiliano tradition, recalling the unmistakable aroma of the past and the delicate taste.

    Greppole are a traditional preparation in the emiliano romagnola pork culture. They are made with the dorsal pork cut, commonly called lardo, fried and seasoned with salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Greppole are a delicious and nutritious salume to enjoy with company and a glass of sparkling wine.

How to best enjoy "Small Pleasures of Taste" This selection is designed for those who love versatility. Complex preparations are not necessary when the raw ingredients are of high quality; just follow a few small tips to enhance their flavours. The charcuterie ritual: To fully savour the aromas of the Cured Sausage and Farmer's Salami, remember to take them out of the refrigerator at least fifteen minutes before serving. As the meat breathes, it better releases its natural sweetness. Spontaneous aperitif: The Peel&Eat bites were made for sharing. Slice them thickly or serve them whole alongside cubed Organic Caciotta cheese. This is the simplest and most authentic pairing, perfect with a glass of local wine or freshly warmed ancient grain bread. In the kitchen with Guanciale: Our guanciale is preservative-free and has a slow curing process that makes it very fragrant. In addition to classic Roman dishes, try it on toasted bread. These products are the ideal base for a charcuterie board that tells the story of our region: simple ingredients, carefully made, ready to be brought to the table for the pleasure of spending time together.
