Open Doors, sold out. CLAI 's decision to offer free guided tours inside its Sasso Morelli Salumificio and the historic Villa La Babina park as part of the two-day Porte Aperte CLAI, was very well received. The 9 tours inside the Salumificio, formed by visitor groups of 20 people were guided directly by the staff CLAI, while the 4 tours of the Villa la Babina park, formed by groups of 40 people, were presented directly by Cooperative President Giovanni Bettini. At the end of each tour, participants were thanked through a tasting of the Group's products CLAI: salami CLAI, Zuarina hams and Faggiola cheeses.

"For a reality such as ours - had emphasized President CLAI Giovanni Bettini presenting the initiative-, it is almost a duty to "open the doors" to the community and allow anyone who wishes to do so to know directly how much passion and commitment it takes to produce safe, quality products with unique flavors. In these first 60 years of its existence, the territory has been a major player in the successes of CLAI. And it is only thanks to the preference that our consumers reserve for us every day, if we are put in a position to do the work we love most with maximum results. They are therefore also protagonists in the history of the Cooperative: it is only right that they can appreciate even more closely the reality they have helped to grow, telling them the peculiarities of the company and the secrets of the beautiful garden that houses our headquarters."
