There were many registrations for the organized tours inside the Salumificio di Sasso Morelli and the historic Villa La Babina Park, and the participants were very satisfied.

Open doors, sold out. CLAI's decision to offer free guided tours inside its Salumificio di Sasso Morelli and the historic park of Villa La Babina, as part of the two-day event CLAI Open Doors , The response was very positive. The nine tours of the Salumificio, consisting of groups of 20 visitors each, were led directly by CLAI staff, while the four tours of the Villa la Babina park, consisting of groups of 40 people, were presented directly by the Cooperative's President, Giovanni Bettini. At the end of each tour, participants were thanked with a tasting of CLAI Group products: CLAI salami, Zuarina hams, and Faggiola cheeses.
« For a reality like ours – I had underlined the CLAI President John Bettini In introducing the initiative , it's almost fitting to "open our doors" to the community and allow anyone who wishes to experience firsthand the passion and commitment that goes into creating safe, high-quality products with unique flavors. Throughout these first 60 years, the local community has been a key player in CLAI's success. And it's only thanks to the loyalty our consumers show us every day that we're able to do the work we love most with the best results. They are therefore also protagonists of the history of the Cooperative : it is right that they can appreciate even more closely the reality that they have helped to grow, telling them about the peculiarities of the company and the secrets of the splendid garden that hosts our headquarters".
