From October 25th to November 16th, Imola returns to celebrate flavor with the Baccanale, and this year CLAI will be present with a rich program of events, cooking demonstrations, and tastings. The theme of the 40th edition is "A World of Spices," a topic brimming with interest for CLAI itself, always committed to creating quality, flavorful products rooted in Italian gastronomic tradition.
