La box "TRADIZIONI ROMANE" è composta da: n.2 "Salamelle" (500g circa cad), n.1 salame "Corallina Lunga Stagionatura" (Kg 1 circa), n.1 trancio di "Guanciale Stagionato" (300g circa). SALAMELLA: è un salame che in passato era utilizzato, insieme al pane, come unico pasto dei contadini nei giorni di lavoro. Al taglio la “Salamella” si presenta rossa con grasso distribuito in modo omogeneo. La fetta è morbida e compatta. SALAME CORALLINA LUNGA STAGIONATURA: è caratterizzata da una lenta stagionatura, oltre 5 settimane, in speciali celle, che conferisce al salame un sapore ed un gusto inimitabili. TRANCIO DI GUANCIALE STAGIONATO: dal sapore unico e dal profumo intenso e inebriante, il Guanciale Clai è dedicato a chi ama la secolare tradizione di questo prodotto che viene esaltata dalla carne 100% italiana di filiera Clai e da una lunga, lenta e delicata stagionatura, circa 3 mesi. L’aglio rosso in polpa è frullato al momento, così come il pepe nero, macinato proprio quando viene disposto a mano sul guanciale assieme alle spezie ed alle piante aromatiche.

Products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap with paper all "loose" cold cuts, "loose" whole cheeses and glass products such as sauces, jars, wine bottles, oil.. All these box preparation operations are carried out by staff Clai. In warmer months, we make use of refrigerated transportation.
