The "Diavoletta" cured sausage is made with 100% Italian meat, cut into medium grains according to tradition, mixed with salt, ground chili pepper, and fennel seeds. The aroma is characterized by a hint of spices. The color is bright red, and the flavor is bold with spicy notes. Gluten-free. Free from dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
