Contrary to what its name might suggest, Hungarian Salami is of Italian origin. It originated in the northeastern regions and spread widely throughout Europe during the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Over time, it has become a classic of our tradition. Its unique grinding and intense aroma make it an unmistakable product. Gluten-free (authorized to use the "crossed-out ear of corn" mark from the AIC - Italian Celiac Association). Free from milk and dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
