What the Mughetto hamper contains

  • Salame Emiliano Gentile CLAI, half vacuum-packed (approx. 550 g)
    100% Italian meats, carefully selected and trimmed, with a medium-ground lean meat blend. Delicate flavor and an aroma reminiscent of traditional salamis. Gluten-free and free from milk and milk derivatives.
  • Fragranze Basil Salame (150 g, in a sleeve)
    Created in collaboration with perfumer Baldo Baldinini. 100% Italian meat from the CLAI supply chain, with a deep basil infusion. Gluten- and lactose-free.
  • Fragranze Mediterranean Scents Salame (150 g, in a sleeve)
    Created in collaboration with perfumer Baldo Baldinini. 100% Italian meat from the CLAI supply chain, with an aromatic bouquet reminiscent of herbs, sunshine, and Mediterranean scrubland. Gluten- and lactose-free.
  • Faggiola fossa cheese, half vacuum-packed (approx. 450 g)
    Tuscan cheese aged for 5 months on wooden boards, then matured for 3 months in the tufa pits of Sogliano al Rubicone. Savory flavor, firm and uniform paste, and straw-yellow color. 100% mountain cow's milk.
  • Pignoletto Frizzante DOC "Doppio Bianco" Tremonti (75 cl)
    Sparkling, straw-yellow, with aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, good acidity, and fine effervescence. Serve at 8–10°C: ideal for aperitifs, appetizers, and fresh cheeses.
  • Marocchi mixed jams (pear, peach, apricot, cherry, strawberry)

The products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap all “loose” cured meats, whole “loose” cheeses, and products in glass such as sauces, jars, bottles of wine, oil, etc. All these box preparation tasks are carried out by Clai staff. During the warmer months, we use refrigerated transport.
