What the Bucaneve hamper contains

  • Preservative-free Salame Imola 1962 (200 g)
    Nitrite- and nitrate-free, with only six ingredients: pork, salt, wine, dextrose, pepper, and garlic. 100% Italian meat from the CLAI supply chain, aged for at least eight weeks. Born from over two years of research with CRPA in Reggio Emilia and the University of Bologna's CIRI.
  • CLAI mortadella, half-vacuum packed (approx. 500 g)
    Pork mortadella to be thinly sliced or diced for aperitivo.
  • Fragranze al basilico salami (150 g, in a box)
    Born from a collaboration with perfumer Baldo Baldinini. 100% Italian meat from the CLAI supply chain, with a deep basil infusion. Gluten- and lactose-free.
  • 24-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, wedge (approx. 500 g)
    Made with only milk, salt, and rennet, without additives or preservatives, in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna (west of the Reno), and Mantua (east of the Po).
  • Girolomoni organic fusilli, durum wheat (500 g)
    Organic durum wheat fusilli pasta.

Other products in the same order will ship together with the hamper. Once dispatched, delivery takes an average of 3 business days, which increases to 5 for the islands or during particularly busy periods.

No, at the moment we only deliver to Italy, the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City.

The products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap all “loose” cured meats, whole “loose” cheeses, and products in glass such as sauces, jars, bottles of wine, oil, etc. All these box preparation tasks are carried out by Clai staff. During the warmer months, we use refrigerated transport.
