  • Fiocco di Prosciutto Zuarina (1.25 kg)
    A typical cured meat from western Emilia, obtained from the leanest part of the pig's hind leg. Slowly aged for at least 7 months, without preservatives, with a sweet flavor and a fragrant aroma recognizable from the first slice. The teardrop shape, with the small external bone, is traditional: a detail that is not only aesthetic but also guarantees integral and uniform aging.
  • Pecorino Faggiola (0.52 kg)
    Sheep's milk, aged for 30 days, with a compact and velvety texture. Pecorino Faggiola has an intense aroma and a sweet, harmonious taste, which pairs well with a drizzle of acacia honey or some figs. The vacuum packaging keeps it fragrant and ready for the cutting board.
  • Salami Bites "Sbuccia&Mangia" (1.1 kg)
    With a sweet and delicate taste, they can be served whole or cut into thick slices. Melts in your mouth, practical to bring to the table without any preparation. 100% Italian meat, gluten-free, dairy-free.
  • "Imola 1962" Salami (0.4 kg)
    The salami named after and founded in the year of CLAI. Free from nitrites and nitrates, a unique choice of its kind, the result of over two years of research with the CRPA of Reggio Emilia and the CIRI of the University of Bologna. Aged for at least 8 weeks, short ingredient list, sweet and delicate taste. 100% Italian chain meat, gluten-free and dairy-free.
  • Romagna Passita Cured Sausage (0.5 kg)
    Thin, tender, with a melt-in-your-mouth quality hard to find elsewhere. Passita is the typical Romagnol sausage, stuffed into natural casing and subjected to a short and delicate aging process that makes it unique. Excellent on a cutting board, but also in cooking: sliced, diced, julienned. 100% Italian chain meat, gluten-free, dairy-free.
  • Classic Tigelle Valsamoggia (pack of 7 pcs)
    The bread of the Emilian table. Soft inside, lightly golden outside, prepared with a cold dough and slow leavening. Ready in a few minutes in the oven or toaster, perfect for filling with everything in the box.

On average, online orders can be delivered within 3 days, increasing to 5 days for deliveries to islands or during busy periods of the year (such as the particularly busy Christmas period, strikes, natural disasters, etc.). During weekdays, average delivery times are even shorter: typically, every order received is prepared the same day and forwarded to the courier for shipping the following business day. If the order arrives over the weekend, it will be forwarded to the courier for shipping on Monday.

The products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap all loose cured meats, loose whole cheeses, and glass products such as sauces, jars, bottles of wine, and oil in paper. All these box preparation operations are carried out by Clai staff. During the warmer months, we use refrigerated transport.
