It is traditionally flavored with black peppercorns. With an intense aroma and delicate taste, it is functional in many preparations. It is ideal for appetizers, cut into thin slices or coarsely cubed and served with bread, pizza or spianata. It has a diameter of 10 cm.

All these box preparation operations are carried out by staff Clai. In warmer months, we make use of refrigerated transportation.
