CLAI is participating in Fuori di Taste – Romagna Segreta , the dinner-event that the Teatro del Sale in Florence will host on February 8, as part of Taste 2025 .
Fuori di Taste is the calendar of events fringed by the Taste fair, which every year transforms Florence into a showcase for Italy's food and wine excellence.
With Romagna Segreta , the Teatro del Sale will transform for one evening into a corner of Romagna in the 1950s: a journey through the flavors, sounds, and atmospheres of an era when conviviality, live music, and good food were the protagonists of evenings in Romagna's dance halls.
The chefs of the Teatro del Sale and Cibrèo will offer a signature menu that celebrates the excellence of our region, with the participation of some of the most representative companies of Romagna: Birra Viola, Biscotti Bizantini, Cioccolateria Gardini, Fresco Piada, NeroFermento, Vongole Bernardi , as well as, of course, CLAI cured meats and Zuarina specialties.
It will be an opportunity to discover and savor the authentic Romagna, through music, tradition, and flavor.
