Characteristic bites of salami that are melt-in-your-mouth and easy to peel. Perfect at any time of day, they are particularly suitable as appetizers and for aperitifs. With a sweet and delicate taste, they can be peeled and presented whole, as bites, or knife-cut into thick slices. It is gluten-free and guaranteed by the "Spiga Barrata" mark issued by AIC_Associazione Italiana Celiachia. Milk and dairy free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).

No, we currently deliver only to Italy, Republic of San Marino and Vatican City.

How are the products shipped?

Products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap with paper all "loose" cold cuts, "loose" whole cheeses and glass products such as sauces, jars, wine bottles, oil.. All these box preparation operations are carried out by staff Clai. In warmer months, we make use of refrigerated transportation.
