Nduja Calabrese is one of the most famous Calabrian foods in the world. Its historical origins lie in Calabria, in the area of Spilinga, home of the renowned nduja of Spilinga. Although today it often appears on the menus of gourmet restaurants, this specialty originated as a dish of the poor cuisine. It is prepared with pork meat and fat, salt and chili pepper, with no dyes, preservatives, gluten, milk or dairy products. Its distinguishing feature is its creamy, spreadable texture, which makes it unique among Italian cured meats. 📌 How to eat Nduja calabra: perfect for aperitifs and appetizers, on bruschetta or breadsticks, but also ideal for topping pasta, pizza, risottos and fish or vegetable dishes. 📦 Packaging: vacuum-packed, in pieces of about 400 g, to preserve freshness, aroma and organoleptic characteristics. ❄️ How to store Nduja Calabrese: keep in a cool, dry place; once opened, store in the refrigerator tightly wrapped or in an airtight container.

Products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap with paper all "loose" cold cuts, "loose" whole cheeses and glass products such as sauces, jars, wine bottles, oil.. All these box preparation operations are carried out by staff Clai. In warmer months, we make use of refrigerated transportation.
