Today, the final day of the "Cibo a Regola d'Arte" food festival, another event featuring the Cooperative and its CLAI cured meats took place. At 3:15 pm, the meeting "People, Territory, Solidarity. Sixty Years of Agricultural Cooperation" was held, featuring Gianfranco Delfini, Marketing Director of CLAI, and Monica Malavasi, Director of IVSI (Istituto Valorizzazione del Salumi Italiani). The meeting was facilitated by Corriere della Sera journalist Alessandra Dal Monte.
