Information

"Emiliano Filzetta" salami is produced using carefully selected and cleaned 100% Italian lean meats. The mincing of the mixture is medium. The taste is delicate and the aroma is the unmistakable one of salami "from the old days." Gluten-free. Milk and dairy-free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
