"Emiliano Filzetta" salami is made using 100% Italian lean meats, carefully selected and trimmed. The mixture is medium-finely ground. The flavor is delicate and the aroma is unmistakable of "old-fashioned" salamis. Gluten-free. Free from milk and dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certified).
