Produced from 100% Italian meat, "Spianata Romana" is a typical Lazio salami, slightly garlicky and with a very particular shape that comes from the first days of seasoning in which it is pressed between two planks (originally made of wood) or cages. The finely minced meats are then mixed with knife-cut lardelli. It is characterized by the strong flavor given by the use of black peppercorns. Gluten-free. Milk and dairy free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
