Made from 100% Italian meat, the seasoned sausage "Salamella" is red with evenly distributed fat. The slice is soft and compact, and the taste is distinctive and intense. Ideal for tasty snacks and snacks. "Salamella" is a salami that has historically spread throughout the Italian territory, collecting typicalities and customs of the different regions. In the past it was used, together with bread, as the only meal of farmers on working days. Gluten-free. Milk and dairy-free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
