Made with 100% Italian meat, the cured "Salamella" sausage is red with evenly distributed fat. The slice is soft and compact, with a distinctive, intense flavor. Ideal for tasty snacks and appetizers. "Salamella" is a salami that has historically spread throughout Italy, incorporating the typical characteristics and customs of different regions. In the past, it was eaten, along with bread, as farmers' only meal on workdays. Gluten-free. Free from dairy and dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
