A traditional Venetian salami made with 100% Italian meat, "Soppressa Veneta" is characterized by a sweet and delicate flavor, the result of a good balance between lean and fat. Its shape is cylindrical and slightly curved. Gluten-free. Free from milk and dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
