A typical salami of the culinary tradition of the Veneto region, made with 100% Italian meat, "Soppressa Veneta" is characterized by a sweet and delicate taste, the result of a good balance between lean and fatty parts. The shape is cylindrical and slightly curved. Gluten-free. Without milk and dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
