Sicilianella is a typical salami from Sicily's Etna region. Made with 100% Italian meat, it is large and curved. It is stuffed into a natural casing and seasoned with black pepper. The diced lard pairs well with the lean cuts, making the slice rich in color and flavor. The aroma is intense, the flavor spicy and bold. Gluten-free. Free from dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
