"Romagnolo" salami is a high-quality salami made using 100% Italian lean pork, finely minced and then added with lard. It is carefully stuffed into natural casings. It has a bold flavor. Gluten-free (authorized to use the "crossed-out ear of corn" mark from the AIC - Italian Celiac Association). Free from milk and dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
