Made from 100% Italian meat and flavored with salt, wine and black peppercorns, "Padano" is a typical salami from the upper Emilian area straddling Lombardy. The color is bright red, almost ruby in its hue. The taste is aromatic with notes of white wine. Gluten-free. Without milk and dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
