"Napoli Piccante" salami, made from 100% Italian meat, has an unmistakable aroma and a strong taste. The slice has a deep orange color, the mixture appears compact with a coarse grain, with a clear distinction between the bright red color of the lean meat and the white of the fat. In keeping with tradition, there is chili pepper in the dough, which gives a particularly red color to the meat. Gluten-free. Milk and dairy free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
