Made with 100% Italian meats, "Corallina" salami has a lingering aroma and a bold flavor. During processing, as is traditional, diced lardons are added to the minced meat. "Corallina" salami originates in Norcia, but its fame spreads throughout the Lazio region, particularly in Rome, where it is still highly prized today and represents the quintessential Easter salami. Gluten-free. Free from dairy products. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
