Frolla Microbiscottificio nasce il 12 maggio 2018 ad Osimo, in provincia di Ancona, con un obiettivo chiaro: creare un modello d’impresa capace di esaltare le abilità dei ragazzi con disabilità, trasformando la dolcezza in inclusione sociale. Da qui prende vita un laboratorio che produce biscotti artigianali semplici, autentici e di altissima qualità. I Cookies Frolla ne sono un esempio perfetto: un biscotto tondo, croccante e goloso, ideale per la colazione, la merenda o un dopocena in compagnia. Piacciono perché sono buoni davvero, frutto di una meticolosa selezione di materie prime, il più possibile marchigiane, e di una lavorazione attenta. Con Frolla CLAI condivide la stessa visione: quella di una cooperativa che mette al centro le persone e il territorio. Per questo motivo, i Cookies entrano a pieno titolo nella sezione “Edizioni di Gusto CLAI”, uno spazio dedicato a prodotti e aziende che interpretano, con le loro storie, i valori di qualità, tradizione e inclusione. Products are placed in special boxes and carefully packaged. We wrap with paper all "loose" cold cuts, "loose" whole cheeses and glass products such as sauces, jars, wine bottles, oil.. All these box preparation operations are carried out by staff Clai. In warmer months, we make use of refrigerated transportation.
