"Diavoletta" seasoned sausage is prepared with 100% Italian meat cut into medium grain in the traditional way, mixed with salt, ground chili and fennel seeds. The aroma is characterized by a hint of spices. The color is bright red, the taste strong with spicy notes. Gluten-free. Milk and dairy free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
