Information

"Emiliano Riserva" salami is produced using carefully selected and cleaned 100% Italian lean meats. The mincing of the mixture is medium, the casing natural. The taste is delicate and the aroma is the unmistakable one of salami "from the old days." Gluten-free. Milk and dairy free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
