Chef Max Mariola began to be a "friend" of CLAI in 2022, a collaboration that has become comprehensive, also involving the use of CLAI and Zuarina products in his new restaurant in Milan, "Max Mariola Il Ristorante", where at the opening on January 23, Angela and Loris, two of our CLAI and Zuarina Brand Ambassadors, were involved with the Salsiccia Passita di Romagna and Prosciutto di Parma.
"When I met you, " Max Mariola explains , "I fell in love with you, both as people and as a cooperative, made up of men and women who 'do good things together for everyone.' This has allowed me to get to know and appreciate your products, especially because of a fundamental sensitivity that unites us. This 'predilection' of mine, " Mariola concludes, " this esteem for CLAI, cannot help but be communicated through my spontaneity: I want to make it clear that 'Max is genuinely in love with CLAI.' I chose to bring your cured meats to my restaurant because my love for the brand is as genuine as CLAI salami, and sharing anything related to your products is rooted in emotion and the conviction that what we say and do together is true. Because 'let's eat well' is so important!"
