The "PROFUMO DI ROMAGNA" box consists of: no. 2 seasoned "Passita" sausages from Romagna (500g each approx.), no. 1 salami "Contadino" (Kg 1 approx.) and no. 1 salami "Campagnolo Corto" (500g approx.). SALSICCIA STAGIONATA PASSITA DI ROMAGNA: This is a unique thin salami. It is the typical sausage from Romagna, produced according to the ancient recipe with the best lean meat from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. It undergoes a short and very delicate seasoning process aimed at obtaining a tender and sweet product, an easy peelability and with an inimitable meltiness on the palate. SALAME CONTADINO: is a high quality salami created in full respect of the Emilian tradition. Fine lean meats are processed to the highest quality standards and carefully bagged. Attention to the drying and curing phases, which take place in special brick cells, gives this salami the unmistakable aroma of yesteryear and a delicate taste. SALAME CAMPAGNOLO CORTO: typical of the oldest tradition of Romagna, it is made from fine minced lean meats, to which lard is later added. Attention to the drying and curing phases, which take place in special brick cells, gives this salami an unmistakable aroma. The slice is ruby red in color with a regular distribution of white lardels.
