Gathering united in company around the sweet taste of old-fashioned salami "Contadino" and the quality of "Pan Piadina" piadinas worked by hand one at a time. All accompanied by the fragrance of the delicate notes of Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna DOC "Campo di Mezzo" from Cantina Tre Monti.
The "UNA PIADINA IN COMPAGNIA" box consists of: no. 1 salami "Contadino" (approx. Kg 1), no. 1 package of "Pan Piadina" piadina (375g), no. 1 bottle of Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna DOC wine "Campo di Mezzo" from the Tre Monti Winery (750ml). SALAME CONTADINO: is a high quality salami created in full respect of the Emilian tradition. 100% Italian meats are processed to the highest quality standards and bagged with care. Attention to the drying and curing phases, which take place in special brick cells, gives this salami the unmistakable aroma of yesteryear and a delicate taste. PIADINE PIAN PIADINA: The secret of these piadinas is simplicity. High-quality flour, selected raw materials, and preparation by hand, just as the ancient recipe dictates. The slow and natural leavening, with sourdough starter, and quality ingredients make it balanced and easily digestible. The package consists of 3 piadinas rolled out in milk with natural sourdough with cervia salt. Produced in Emilia-Romagna by companies in Emilia-Romagna. SANGIOVESE SUPERIORE DI ROMAGNA DOC "CAMPO DI MEZZO" CANTINA TRE MONTI: A splendid fusion of Forlì Sangiovese full of backbone and the 'gentile' Sangiovese, more characteristic of western Romagna. An organic wine that has a brilliant ruby red color and a bouquet of fresh red fruit and hints of violets . The wine's overall bouquet is balanced, with distinct notes of black cherry and sour cherry, fleshy. The Tre Monti winery was founded in the early 1960s by Sergio and Thea Navacchia, and today it is run by their sons Vittorio and David. The vineyards extend over the two estates owned, one located on the hills of Forlì and the other on those of Imola for a total area of about 50 hectares at an average altitude of about 120 meters above sea level.

PIADINE PAN PIADINA: farm-grown "0" wheat flour milled in Romagna (60 percent), raw milk (32 percent), natural sourdough starter (10 percent), Italian extra-virgin olive oil (2 percent), sweet whole sea salt from Cervia, leavening agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate). Store the box in a cool, dry place. Store the piadinas at +4°C. After opening, store them in the refrigerator by resealing the box and consuming them within 5/6 days. Any condensation in the box is caused by temperature changes and absence of preservatives.
