It is produced exclusively using the finest 100% Italian lean meats from our controlled supply chain. Stuffed in natural casing, this 150g version is vacuum-packed to best preserve its softness and aroma until opened. Perfect as a gift or to bring to the table during the holidays, the Salsiccia Stagionata Passita di Romagna is a product attentive to health: it is gluten-free (certified by AIC - Italian Celiac Association), free from milk and dairy products, and prepared with iodized salt.

Storage tips

Store in a cool, dry place (reference <+25°C). As an additional storage tip for these cured salamis, especially once opened, it is best to keep them in the refrigerator, wrapped in a cloth. The casing is inedible.

When will I receive my order?

Qualora l’ordine arrivi nel weekend, sarà passato al Corriere per la spedizione il lunedì.

I prodotti sono inseriti in box particolari e confezionati con cura. Avvolgiamo con carta tutti i salumi “sfusi”, i formaggi interi “sfusi” ed i prodotti in vetro come sughi, vasetti, bottiglie di vino, olio.. Tutte queste operazioni di preparazione della box sono svolte da personale Clai. Nei mesi più caldi, ci avvaliamo di trasporti refrigerati.
